Seasonal prize draw to win  Brunch at Embers Every Month for 1 Year 

Eligibility:    

The competition is open to new email subscribers who have joined the Embers mailing list each quarter; and who are residents the United Kingdom; and are aged 18+. Employees, their close relatives and associates of Embers are not eligible to participate in the draw.   

How to Enter:  

Entrants must complete the newsletter sign-up form in its entirety. Incomplete submissions of the sign-up form will not be considered. By entering the competition, you affirm your eligibility and willingness to accept any prizes awarded to you. Only one entry per person is allowed.   

The Prize:    

The winner of the prize draw will be rewarded with an Embers Breakfast Plate and a drink every month for one year from the time of award (gratuity not included).  

The Prize is subject to availability and blackout dates. Any costs incurred in addition to the prize elements listed above shall be incurred at the Recipients' and/or their guests' expense. Winners must use their prize within 12 months of being notified of their win. Failure to book within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the Prize. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes. Advance reservation is required to redeem the prize  To redeem the prize, the winner must forward their prize email to benjaminarthur@embersbrighton.co.uk who will make the reservation at Embers restaurant.  

Winners Selection:  

The winners will be chosen randomly at the end of each quarter.  

Notification:    

The winners will be notified via the email address provided. Embers will attempt to contact the winners twice via email. Failure to respond to the email within 14 days of the second attempt will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Embers reserves the right to select a new winner.    

General:    

The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and Embers reserves the right to exclude entrants from any breach of these terms and conditions. Embers decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered in to.
