Get your party hats on and forks at the ready to tuck into our take on Crispy Sprouts or Baked Carrots and the Embers Pumpkin Panzanella, we’ve got your favourite bonfire potatoes on the small plates too. For the main event savour our amazing centerpiece dishes, Barbeque Whole Pheasant with Cranberry Jam and Pigs in Blankets, or our famous 300g Sussex Sirloin with Caramelised Roscoff, to name a few…

Christmas is about indulgence so we’ve knocked it out of the park with the desserts, The Bumbug or Burnt Clementine will ensure the meal ends on a high, we had to create our own version of the Christmas pudding too.
